Today is the dawn of a new era in pest elimination with the introduction of charged particle pest elimination.
Charged particle control technology allows the injection of small amounts of statically charged eco-friendly products deep into the homes interior wall voids where pests like to live and breed and away from people, pets and the environment. Statically charged particles attach to surfaces more efficiently, providing more effective control of insects without the need for regular interior chemical spray treatments. Our multi-stepped approach leaves pests no where to hide on the interior of your home. After our initial service we place a greater emphasis on the exterior perimeter around your home where pests live and breed. This approach allows us to stop pests before they can enter you home and virtually eliminates the need for regular interior chemical applications. In addition we implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices that enlist non chemical solutions for pest problems such as caulking around pipes to prevent insects from entering.

This pest control program is performed on a quarterly schedule.
INTERIOR SERVICE – Initial interior service includes charged particle treatment to the kitchen and bathroom wall voids, vanity and mirror cracks and crevices. Treatment to the garage and all exit and entryways with bait placement into the attic is also included. Exterior service is performed on the initial service and on the (3 month) quarterly maintenance visits.
EXTERIOR SERVICE – Exterior service includes removal of cobweb and insect debris from front entryway, garage, and rear patio and pool enclosures if applicable. Treatment around the home’s exterior perimeter, windows and eaves are provided to discourage insect activity. A low dose granular insecticide is applied when needed to provide additional protection. This service also includes one lawn insect treatment service per year (up to 6000 square feet).
